Overview
The Westcon-Comstor Meraki add a Service provides resellers and their end customers access to a suite of additional and complementary services to expand their services portfolio. Tailored to resellers’ requirements, our Meraki add a Service package offers an efficient and cost effective solution to the implementation, operation and management of a variety of customer requests.
• The Service covers the remote or onsite installation and configuration of the in scope products and features. The in scope products and features are defined in a Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Subsequent to the project, the installation can be transitioned into a Managed Service; the Statement of Work (SOW) of the Managed Service (aka Westcon-Comstor Proactive Care Services) is not part of this document.
