Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this cloud solution under a contract based on support units. Two support options are available. Premium Govt SaaS provides government SaaS support, while HyperCare Govt SaaS provides a higher-touch government SaaS support level. Each is billed by units, so you scale cost by choosing the quantity that matches your needs. The two options are separate support tiers rather than instance sizes or usage add-ons. Subscriptions run on a contract term, typically annual, with fees due in advance. You pick the support level and unit count that fit your agency's requirements.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one support unit map to, and how is it counted?
A unit is a support allotment measured through the vendor's Micro Service Blocks model, which packages tailored support. You buy the number of units that matches your agency's support needs. Cost scales directly with the unit count you select for either support level.
How does Premium Govt SaaS support differ from HyperCare Govt SaaS support?
Both bill by units and cover government SaaS support for the cloud solution. HyperCare provides a higher-touch support level than Premium. You choose one level and set its unit count; the two are separate support offerings, not stacked add-ons.
If I start or stop service mid-term, does my cost change?
No. The vendor sells full-term subscriptions and does not pro-rate. You pay for the entire contract term even if you begin mid-year or discontinue early. Fees are due in advance, and early termination may add fees. Cost does not adjust for partial use.
