Support requests can be made 24/7 via website and in-product chat feature, or by email to customer.success@horizon3.ai . Horizon3.ai does not guarantee resolution times, and a resolution may consist of a fix, workaround, or other solution we deem reasonable. After responding to customer, Horizon3.ai will aim to provide a solution as quickly as reasonably possible. AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
