This product has charges associated with it for providing dedicated seller support and advanced OS hardening by Blume in line with ANSSI compliance. The ANSSI High Level Oracle Linux 10 AMI delivers a compliance-ready, security-hardened operating system built for stability and assurance in production environments.
This is a repackaged software product wherein additional charges apply for dedicated seller support and advanced operating system hardening by Blume.
Our AMIs are specifically hardened to meet ANSSI compliance at the level you select - whether High Level or Minimal Level. The High Level configuration provides maximum security reinforcement for production environments handling sensitive workloads, while the Minimal Level configuration balances essential compliance requirements with performance flexibility.
The Agence Nationale de la Securite des Systemes dInformation ANSSI is the French National Cybersecurity Agency, responsible for defining and maintaining strict guidelines for securing information systems. Its recommended hardening guidelines establish a baseline of security controls designed to minimize vulnerabilities and enforce system integrity.
Minimal Level hardening applies a core set of baseline controls that improve operating system security while maintaining flexibility and compatibility across a wide range of environments.
High Level hardening applies the most stringent set of controls, focusing on maximum resilience and compliance for environments where security assurance is critical.
Achieving ANSSI compliance matters because it ensures that your operating system is configured against recognized security baselines, reducing vulnerabilities, strengthening resilience against attacks, and meeting regulatory or industry mandated governance standards. With Blumes hardening, you can trust that your OS is built to align with strict compliance expectations from the start.
Finally, our operating systems are not only compliance ready but are also consistently updated, ensuring that the latest security patches are applied in a timely manner to maintain protection and reliability in production environments.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
If you are an AWS Free Tier customer with a free plan, you are eligible to subscribe to this offer. You can use free credits to cover the cost of eligible AWS infrastructure. See AWS Free Tier for more details. If you created an AWS account before July 15th, 2025, and qualify for the Legacy AWS Free Tier, Amazon EC2 charges for Micro instances are free for up to 750 hours per month. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour for this hardened Oracle Linux 10 image, with charges tied to the EC2 instance type you launch. Each dimension maps to a specific instance size, from small general-purpose types up to large memory, compute, storage, GPU, and bare-metal options. There is no tier upgrade or feature difference between dimensions. The same operating-system hardening and seller support apply across all of them. Your hourly rate scales with the compute capacity of the instance you choose. Pricing stops when you stop the instance, since billing is usage-based.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What do I actually receive when I launch one of these instance-type dimensions?
You get an Oracle Linux 10 machine image. Its settings are hardened and mapped to ANSSI BP-028 High Level controls. Seller support from Blume is included. The dimension you pick only sets the EC2 instance size and its hourly software rate.
Am I charged the hourly software rate when the instance is stopped?
The software rate meters running instance-hours only. When you stop the instance, the hourly software charge stops. Stopped instances may still incur AWS storage fees for attached volumes, but those are separate AWS charges, not the per-hour software rate.
Does the product title claim mean my whole deployed environment is certified compliant?
No. The image settings are mapped to ANSSI BP-028 High Level controls at the operating-system layer. Blume states this describes image configuration scope. It does not establish that your deployed workload or wider environment is certified, authorized, or compliant.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
We recommend scoping your launched EC2 instance to only your internal network and restricting access to your own IP address for maximum security.
How to Connect to Your Oracle Linux 10 Instance Using SSH:
Locate your key pair: Ensure you have the .pem key pair file selected when launching the instance. Save it securely on your local machine.
Set permissions: Update the file permissions on the key file so it is not publicly viewable. Example: chmod 400 your-key.pem
Find the public DNS or IP: In the AWS Management Console, open the EC2 Dashboard and locate the Public DNS (IPv4) or Public IP of your instance.
Connect with SSH: From your terminal, run the following command, replacing your-key.pem with your key file and <public-dns> with your instance details: ssh -i your-key.pem ec2-user@<public-dns>
Accept the fingerprint: When prompted, confirm the fingerprint to establish the first-time connection.
You are now connected to your Oracle Linux 10 instance via SSH.
