Overview
ContextIQ Enterprise is the knowledge orchestration layer for enterprise agentic AI. It sits between your AI agents, assistants, and workflows and your enterprise knowledge sources - routing every query to the right source, enriching answers with domain intelligence, and validating responses against organizational policies before delivery. A single MCP endpoint connects Claude Desktop, Cowork, Amazon Bedrock agents, and any MCP-capable application to governed, evidence-validated knowledge across documents, databases, and structured analytics without building separate knowledge integrations per agent.
ContextIQ Enterprise accurately routes queries to the right knowledge sources, breaks complex multi-part questions into workstreams, and handles structured analytics alongside unstructured documents in a single efficient response. Domain intelligence packages for Financial Services, Telecom, and Healthcare ensure responses are enriched with industry-specific accuracy and compliance-aware synthesis rather than generic responses. Answers are validated for faithfulness before delivery, preventing hallucinations across all connected agents. Access boundaries are enforced per user so sensitive knowledge never crosses authorization lines regardless of which agent makes the request. The platform learns continuously improving source selection over time without manual tuning. Every query, routing decision, and answer is recorded in a full audit trail for complete accountability.
Proactive scheduled intelligence agents monitor enterprise knowledge sources and surface regulatory changes, risk signals, and portfolio events via email digest - built on AWS-native infrastructure - delivering intelligence to agents and users before they have to ask. ContextIQ Enterprise is deployed as a managed service into the customer's AWS account via CloudFormation with guided onboarding, domain configuration, and ongoing operational support included.

ContextIQ Enterprise MCP Server
- Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
Container image
Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.
