Visier People Benchmarks are compiled from more than 15 million employee records across hundreds of organizations in a variety of industries. Data from organizations that are included in the benchmarks have undergone rigorous quality screening to ensure that the data is complete and accurate.
This trial data set provides a trend of the average number of employees who resigned in the United States. Resignation rate by location, gender, job function, performance group, age, tenure, ethnicity, company size, and industry is shown in this data set.
