Tetrate Service Bridge is an enterprise service mesh platform that unifies security, observability, and traffic management across multi-cluster and hybrid cloud environments.
Tetrate Service Bridge (TSB) is a hosted enterprise-grade application connectivity platform built on top of Istio and Envoy. It extends service mesh capabilities across multiple clusters, cloud environments, and legacy systems, providing unified policy enforcement, security, and observability. TSB offers centralized management of traffic control, zero trust access, and workload identities, while still supporting decentralized execution via its hub-and-edge architecture. This design ensures scalability, fault isolation, and operational flexibility across complex deployments.
TSB is uniquely suited for regulated and mission-critical industries, such as financial services, government, and utilities, where strict compliance, operational resilience, and secure modernization are paramount. Features like FIPS-compliant builds, tiered tenancy (organizations, tenants, workspaces), lifecycle-aware service onboarding, and support for both sidecar and ambient data planes make TSB an ideal choice for organizations evolving from traditional monoliths to modern microservices across hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructures.
Highlights
- Centralized Policy and Decentralized execution

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract has three parts that stack together. Your base subscription covers up to 100 managed services. You add capacity in blocks of 50 services beyond that base, so pricing scales with how many services you run. Premium Support is a separate add-on you buy through Tetrate for direct support. You start with the base subscription, then add service blocks and support as your needs grow. The service blocks and support each price independently on top of the base, letting you match your total commitment to your deployment size.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one "service" for billing under the base subscription and additional blocks?
A service is a microservice you connect, monitor, and secure through the mesh. The base subscription covers up to 100 services. Each managed application service across your clusters counts as one toward that total. The exact counting method is not detailed here; contact Tetrate to confirm how your services map.
What happens if I run more than the 100 services included in my base subscription?
You add capacity by buying blocks of 50 additional services on top of the base. Each block extends your covered count by 50. You add blocks as your service count grows. The base subscription and each block bill independently and appear together on your commitment.
What does Premium Support add, and is any support included without it?
Premium Support is a separate add-on bought through Tetrate for direct support. Tetrate provides 24/7 production support for Service Bridge. Premium Support gives you a dedicated support relationship on top of the base. It bills independently from the subscription and service blocks.
