    Important: Access Requirements for Full Support

    Stack AI's ability to provide full operational support - including troubleshooting, performance optimization, platform upgrades, and proactive monitoring - is contingent on the level of access granted to the Stack AI team within your environment. Customers who provide Stack AI with appropriate access to their deployment (e.g., VPN credentials, bastion host access, or remote connectivity) will receive the highest tier of support coverage. In environments where access is restricted or unavailable, support will be limited to documentation, guidance, and best-effort remote diagnosis. We recommend discussing access arrangements during onboarding to ensure the best possible support experience.
