Data Product Overview
The GemmaQRating is a scale from 0 to 10 that measures gender diversity among company leadership The rating has 4 components:
- Percentage of women in executive positions
- Percentage of women on the board of directors
- Gender of the CEO
- Gender of the board chair
This API data product returns the GemmaQ rating for the Fortune 500 companies as it is today. The input is the company name. The output is the GemmaQ rating for the company plus the 4 components that make up the rating.
