AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This managed service is sold as a contract with two capacity tiers: Medium and Large. The tiers scale by the same set of dimensions, so choosing a size raises each limit together. Both include Plugin Credits, which cover the integration plug-ins you activate. Both set an EPM (events per minute) ceiling for each Cloud Log Shipper target, controlling log throughput. Both cap monthly data volume in terabytes. Large doubles the Plugin Credits and EPM allowance and raises the monthly data limit. You pick the tier that matches your integration count, logging rate, and data volume needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one Plugin Credit represent, and how are credits consumed?
Plugin Credits cover the integration plug-ins you activate across the four modules: Log Shipper, Ticket Orchestrator, Threat Exchange, and Risk Exchange. Each activated plug-in draws from your credit allowance. The Medium tier includes 10 credits; the Large tier includes 20. Choose the tier matching how many integrations you plan to run.
What does the EPM limit control, and what happens if my log rate exceeds it?
EPM means events per minute. It caps how fast each Cloud Log Shipper target can export event and alert logs into your SIEM or data lake. Medium allows 100k EPM per target; Large allows 200k. If your logging rate approaches the ceiling, you would move to the tier that supports the higher throughput.
Which capacity limit should drive my tier choice — credits, EPM, or data volume?
All three limits apply together and scale as one when you pick a tier. Plugin Credits drive cost if you run many integrations. EPM matters most for high-volume log streaming. The monthly terabyte cap matters for heavy data throughput. Pick the tier whose weakest-fitting limit still covers your busiest need.
