Kyvos is a semantic layer for AI and BI. It gives enterprises a single, consistent, business friendly view of their data for trusted AI and BI eliminating metric drift across BI tools, and grounding AI in governed semantic context for higher accuracy. Kyvos delivers lightning fast analytics at massive scale and high concurrency, including richer multidimensional analytics on the cloud, while helping organizations control costs without performance tradeoffs. AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pay based on usage across two separate compute components, each billed per core per hour. Query Engines handle the analytical query workload. BI Servers support the connection layer that serves your dashboards and reporting tools. These dimensions are independent, so your total cost depends on how many cores you run in each and for how long. There are no fixed monthly charges or minimum commitments. Because billing is hourly, spend scales up or down with the compute you actually provision and the hours you use it.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does a Query Engine core do versus a BI Server core in this pricing?
Query Engine cores run the analytical query workload against your optimized semantic models. BI Server cores support the connection layer that serves dashboards and reporting tools. You provision cores for each component separately, and each meters per core per hour independently.
Am I charged when cores are idle or scaled down during low-demand periods?
Billing meters cores per hour while they run. Kyvos scales compute up or down based on query volume and user demand. When it scales down, you run fewer core hours, so charges track the compute you actually provision. There are no fixed monthly charges or minimums.
Do costs rise when more users run queries at the same time?
Query execution serves from optimized semantic models instead of repeatedly scanning raw data. Because analytics are decoupled from per-user warehouse compute, cost does not scale linearly with concurrency. Your bill still reflects the Query Engine and BI Server cores you provision and the hours they run.

CloudFormation Template (CFT)
AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The templates describe the service or application architecture you want to deploy, and AWS CloudFormation uses those templates to provision and configure the required services (such as Amazon EC2 instances or Amazon RDS DB instances). The deployed application and associated resources are called a "stack."
