It's a very reliable tool, scheduling is easy with the help of submit frames and time windows

It takes a bit of time to get to level 2 support but they are very quick to respond, and ranger ai does help with quick easy things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is a challenge, need to ask for a ticket to satisfy reporting needs

I find the reporting complex and not reliable. Less technical wording in the settings would make RunMyJobs friendlier to use.

The new Insights module which is tricky to use and the recent strategy for Upgrades where multiple upgrades are being released within a short span of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RunMyJob helps create complex integration chains across multiple systems. It also makes it easy to build reports using filters, SQL, and REL support. The performance of the application using WebUI which is very convenient without installing any additional applications.
