It takes a bit of time to get to level 2 support but they are very quick to respond, and ranger ai does help with quick easy things

Reporting is a challenge, need to ask for a ticket to satisfy reporting needs

I find the reporting complex and not reliable. Less technical wording in the settings would make RunMyJobs friendlier to use.

Error detection became more easier and sometimes we're able to prevent by seeing the status page in the UI.
The documentation provided by Ranger AI is one more great feature helping to learn new ways of doing things

The new Insights module which is tricky to use and the recent strategy for Upgrades where multiple upgrades are being released within a short span of time.
