Overview
All churn risk is not the same. What if you can reliably predict not only who is at risk but also who is actually worth saving? In absence of this intelligence, retention budgets are spent on low-value subscribers while high-value subscribers walk away. VOZIQ AIs solution on AWS solves this by predicting both churn risk and lifetime value for every subscriber, then prescribing the most profitable retention actions at scale. Our AI platform delivers subscriber-level intelligence that tells you who's at risk, what they're worth, why they may cancel, and personalized offers which can prevent the cancellation. For subscription businesses with 1 million subscribers, this value-based retention approach typically translates into $10M+ in enterprise value opportunity. How It Works: VOZIQ AIs intuitive platform guides you through data preparation and integration and applies our pre-trained machine learning models within a secure AWS environment. The platform then enriches your data with third-party intelligence (income, demographics, geolocation) and generates actionable predictions: Predictive CLV and churn risk for every customer: Know value of every customer and their likelihood to cancel Health indicators and survival analytics: Uncover early warning signals to know why and when someone might cancel Micro-segmentation and offer NPV: Target high-value, at-risk customers with profitable offers that maximize retention ROI Timely and proactive interventions: Integrate predictions and prescriptions with every touchpoint to trigger timely retention interventions Get Started: Contact us for getting-started support or to discuss your custom requirements: info@voziq.ai
