Our annotators are trained and qualified for Classification, Prompt Engineering, NER, and many other customized tasks.
Our Solution architects engage during initial use case discovery and help iterate on high-quality annotation instructions that are a recipe for a successful outcome. Our UI engineers can also help customize SageMaker Ground Truth workflow to suit your use case to make your project successful and have done various custom development. We assign a dedicated project lead and quality manager for every project to ensure the highest quality. We are a SOC2 Type 2 company with strict security guidelines and clean rooms where we monitor everything 24 * 7 * 365.
Our Operations team is located in Karur, India, and operates Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST.
