Four main tiers scale by company size and included capabilities. Starter fits up to 50 employees with one framework; Growth covers 50-250 employees and up to five frameworks; Enterprise supports 250-1,000 employees with 10+ frameworks; Enterprise Plus serves 1,000+ employees with all frameworks. Each tier adds everything from the one below it, with more admin and contributor seats. Three add-ons attach to any tier: vendor and third-party risk, white-label branding, and extra frameworks (one unit per added framework). Enterprise Plus lists a floor price, with larger deployments quoted via private offer.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each tier sets a cap on admin and contributor seats. Admins manage the platform; contributors handle day-to-day compliance tasks. Starter gives 3 admin plus 25 contributor seats, scaling up through the tiers. Auditors get read-only access and do not count against these seat limits.
Each tier includes a set framework count. To exceed it, buy the Additional framework add-on. You purchase one unit per extra framework, billed per year. This attaches to any tier without requiring a full tier upgrade.
Tiers map to employee bands: Starter up to 50, Growth 50-250, Enterprise 250-1,000, Enterprise Plus 1,000+. Moving between tiers is a purchase change, not automatic. For Enterprise Plus, the listed price is a floor, and larger deployments are quoted through a private offer.

Vendor refund policy
Annual contracts may be cancelled for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase if the product has not been used in production (no evidence collected beyond the initial setup). After 30 days, or for renewals and add-ons, fees are non-refundable; the contract remains active through its term. To request a refund, email support@zerosandones.us with your AWS account ID and ezGRC organization name. Requests are answered within 2 business days.
