Vasion Print, formerly known as PrinterLogic, is an easy-to-use SaaS solution that bridges the gap between print and digital work. Our best-in-class serverless print management solution is now combined with online forms and workflows to capture and move the right data, to the right people at exactly the right time. Through a fully integrated platform, organizations have everything they need to boost efficiency, keep data secure, and adapt and grow in an ever-changing digital world.
Vasion Print, formerly PrinterLogic, is a solution that completely eliminates the need for print servers, delivers centralized print management, and empowers end users to install printers on their own with a single click.
Vasion pioneered digital transformation in the print management space by delivering a highly available, serverless printing infrastructure designed to help IT professionals eliminate print servers. The company focus evolved into creating a cloud-native solution while still maintaining centralized management to eliminate infrastructure and ease common print burdens on IT teams, including managing front- and back-end printing, unifying workflows and legacy systems, and automating document routing and conversions while maintaining data security.
This expansion served the new mission of the company: making digital transformation attainable for everyone. With that greater scope in mind, PrinterLogic rebranded to Vasion. Organizations can now take on the next stage of their digital transformation with Vasion Automate. On this expanded SaaS platform, IT teams can intelligently capture data from physical documents, build custom forms, automate digital workflows, collect signatures, and meet compliance standards, all with the robust security and control of enterprise document management.
Vasion has been included multiple times on the Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Fast 500 lists of fastest-growing companies in North America and is still growing, helping organizations everywhere digitally transform.

This listing offers one pricing option: a base pack covering 25 print queues for a one-year term. Pricing is a contract commitment tied to the number of print queues you license, not the number of users or devices. Each pack bundles Vasion Print with the Advanced Security add-on, so security features come included rather than as a separate line item. To cover more than 25 print queues, you scale by purchasing additional units. Billing runs annually under the contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one print queue for billing under the 25 Print Queues Base Pack?
A print queue maps to a printer object you manage in the platform, not a user or a device. You license 25 queues per base pack. Billing scales by the number of queues you configure, so counting your managed printers tells you how many packs you need.
What happens if I need to manage more than 25 print queues?
You add capacity by purchasing more base pack units. Each unit adds another 25 print queues under the same one-year contract. Cost scales in blocks of 25 queues rather than per individual queue, so plan purchases around your total managed printer count.
Are the Advanced Security features an extra charge on top of the base pack?
No. Each 25 Print Queues Base Pack bundles Vasion Print with the Advanced Security add-on. Security capabilities like Secure Release Printing, Off-Network Printing, and mobile release are included in the single contract price, not billed as a separate line item.

One Place to Manage Printers Across Sites, with Great Support
Reviewed on Aug 25, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It’s one place where I can manage all my printers, keep an eye out for issues, and handle multi-site management easily.
Getting printers set up in the UI wasn’t too bad, and after learning the software, the performance felt 10x better.
I did have to reach out to the support team once because of a printer malfunction. It took a little bit to get on the same page, but overall the support was great and they were amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial deployment and setup were a bit rough because I couldn’t bulk-edit deployment settings or copy and paste. For example, we have four printers at one site, and I had to configure each printer separately. Once everything was set up, though, it has been working with no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got rid of our print spooler and print server, and it’s faster from hitting print to the job actually printing.

Incredibly Easy Printer Deployment That Eliminated Our Printer Tickets
Reviewed on Jul 22, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Incredible ease of use for deployment. I manage 170 printers and deployment is second nature. Printer tickets dropped to esentially zero from moving away from traditional print servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting leaves a lot to be desired. I have to build a custom SNMP application to get detailed reporting on things that should be built into printer logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Printer mapping and deployment on non-persistent VDI. I will fight anyone who tries to make me leave printerlogic.

PrinterLogic Saves Hours on Driver Installs and Updates
Reviewed on Jul 14, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic has saved countless hours installing and updating drivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you need to set up a one-off driver to handle a specific special project, either you use a license to set up the modified driver, or have to set the driver up manually on a PC. This downside is more circumstantial, and not really a fault of PrinterLogic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic saves hundreds of hours of our time to install and upgrade our printer drivers.
