Overview
As part of this offering,we perform 4-6 weeks of engagement with enterprises and perform followings.
- Business Case Preparation for Cloud Migration : AWS Principal architects engage with customer and prepare business case for migration leveraging AWS cloud adoption framework.
- Cloud Strategy & Assessment: AWS application discovery service, AWS database migration service ,migration hub or other industry leading tools e.g. Device42 is configured on datacenter to capture the data center footprint,inventory,application dependencies using automated processes. Also, workshops are conducted with Infra,networking and application teams to understand the applications and their priorties.
- Cloud Roadmap : A detail cloud migration roadmap is created by categorizing the applications/servers into 7R (Rehost,Replatform,Repurchase,Refactor, Rearchitect,Retire,Retain) and move groups and detailed TCO is calculated along with timelines and cost of migration visibility.
