Overview
Oconee Runtime is the AI action governance layer for engineering teams. It sits between your AI coding assistants and your codebase and evaluates every AI initiated action against your policies before it runs.
Before an AI assistant or agent executes a requested action, Oconee Runtime identifies the actor and the action, adds organizational context, evaluates the action against policy, and records the decision and its evidence. Actions are allowed, warned on, or blocked. AI does not execute first and explain later.
Your first governed AI event is about five minutes away. Sign up, run the setup wizard, install the extension, apply the starter Block Credential Leakage policy, and paste a test API key into ChatGPT. Oconee Runtime evaluates the action before it is sent. The submission is blocked, the reason is shown, and the evidence is recorded automatically: who acted, what was attempted, which policy applied, and why.
In the public demo, an API key pasted into a coding assistant is blocked before submission, the policy screen shows why, audit evidence is captured in the dashboard, enforcement is shown in a coding assistant with Warn and Block, and alerts go to Slack.
