Generate page-cited Word reports from long PDFs entirely within your AWS account. Built for audit, compliance, and due diligence teams who need private document review without GPU provisioning.
Private AI Document Evidence Analyst by Code Creator
Audit, risk, procurement, compliance, and due diligence teams face a common challenge: reviewing long, sensitive PDFs and producing professional, evidence-backed reports - without exposing confidential documents to external services. Private Document Evidence Analyst solves this by running entirely inside your own AWS account, keeping your data under your control from upload to final report.
Key Outcomes for Your Team
With the Verified Evidence workflow, your team can perform complete deterministic document analysis without requiring an AI provider, API key, GPU, or external AI service. Choose from built-in review types - Supplier Risk, Internal Audit, Executive Due Diligence, or Custom Review - and generate a decision-ready Word (DOCX) report with findings tied directly to source pages through exact page citations.
Eliminate external data exposure - Documents never leave your AWS environment, removing third-party risk from sensitive review workflows
Accelerate evidence-backed reporting - Go from PDF upload to stakeholder-ready Word report with page-cited findings in a single workflow
Maintain full audit traceability - Every finding in the generated report includes exact page citations back to the source document
How It Works
Upload your PDF to the application running on your EC2 instance
Select a review type that matches your use case
The Verified Evidence engine performs deterministic analysis and extracts page-cited findings
Download a professional Word report ready for stakeholders and decision-makers
Optionally deliver completed reports to your private S3 bucket before automatic EC2 shutdown
Optional AI-Powered Synthesis
For teams that want deeper analysis beyond deterministic evidence retrieval, Verified Evidence plus AI Analysis supports multiple provider choices:
Amazon Bedrock - Uses your EC2 IAM role without storing AWS access keys, keeping credentials secure
OpenAI or Anthropic - Configure your own API credentials for external AI synthesis
Local Muse - Run private local inference on a compatible NVIDIA GPU instance with no data leaving your account
These AI services are entirely optional and are not required for the core Verified Evidence workflow. Note that OpenAI and Anthropic options may send selected review or document content to those external providers and may incur separate provider charges.
Security and Privacy by Design
Private Document Evidence Analyst is built around a privacy-first architecture:
Customer-controlled deployment - The product runs as an AMI in your AWS account; documents never leave your environment
First-boot generated credentials - Unique access credentials are generated at initial launch
HTTPS access - Secure encrypted connection to the application interface
No external data transfer - Source PDFs are not copied to S3; only completed Word reports are optionally delivered to your private bucket
IAM role-based access - Amazon Bedrock and S3 integrations use your EC2 IAM role rather than stored access keys
Persistent storage - Review history, documents, reports, provider settings, and configuration persist across EC2 stop and start cycles
Built-In Cost Controls and Reliability
The product includes automatic EC2 cost controls to help manage spend. When using S3 report delivery, if a required delivery fails, the instance remains running so you can correct the configuration and retry rather than losing access to your report.
CPU-First Architecture
Private Document Evidence Analyst is CPU-first by default, combining deterministic evidence retrieval, exact page citations, professional Word output, optional AI analysis, S3 report delivery, persistent review history, and automatic EC2 cost controls - all in a deployment you own and operate.

Highlights
Private document analysis that never leaves your AWS account - Verified Evidence processes PDFs entirely within your environment, generating professional Word reports with exact page citations for every finding. Review documents for supplier risk, internal audit, executive due diligence, or custom objectives without transmitting sensitive files to any third-party service.
Flexible AI integration on standard EC2 instances - Run the core Verified Evidence workflow on CPU-only instances with no GPU provisioning or external AI configuration required. When deeper analysis is needed, enable Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or the private Local Muse inference engine without changing your deployment.
Automatic EC2 shutdown eliminates idle compute costs - After processing completes, finished Word reports are delivered to your designated Amazon S3 bucket and the EC2 instance automatically stops. You only incur compute costs during active document review sessions, making this ideal for intermittent audit and compliance workloads.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pay by the hour based on the AWS EC2 instance you choose to run this software. Pricing scales with instance size and family. Larger sizes (like xlarge up to 48xlarge) hold more compute and cost more per hour. The m5, m5a, m6a, m6i, m7a, and m7i families are general-purpose compute options. The g6 family adds GPU capacity for graphics or accelerated workloads. The t3 and t3a options offer burstable performance for lighter use. You pick one instance type and pay only for hours used.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What am I actually paying for with each hourly instance type?
You pay for the AWS EC2 virtual machine running this software. Each instance type maps to a set amount of CPU, memory, and (for g6) GPU capacity. You are billed for each hour that instance runs. Bigger sizes carry more compute and cost more per hour.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or powered off?
Software charges accrue only while your chosen instance runs. A fully stopped instance stops accruing hourly software fees. Note that stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage costs for attached volumes, which are separate from this software's hourly charge.
Can I switch between instance families like m5, m6i, or g6 later?
Yes. You are not locked to one instance type. You can stop your current instance and launch a different family or size, then pay that new type's hourly rate. Choose g6 for GPU workloads, t3 or t3a for lighter burstable use, and the m-families for general compute.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Deployment Overview
Verified Evidence is delivered as an AMI through AWS Marketplace. Subscribe through AWS Marketplace, launch the AMI in your AWS account, and begin reviewing documents. The application processes PDFs within your AWS environment and delivers finished Word reports to your designated Amazon S3 bucket.
To enable optional AI integration, attach an IAM role to your EC2 instance with permissions for the services you wish to use, such as Amazon Bedrock. Refer to the additional resources below for guidance on attaching IAM roles and configuring S3 buckets.
Cost Control
After processing completes, the application automatically stops the EC2 instance to eliminate idle compute charges. You only incur compute costs during active document review sessions.
