By enabling the plugins, you can also work with draw.io diagrams and Markdown files. DocSpace rooms come with the pre-set access level to ensure quick file sharing and avoid unnecessary repeated actions. Collaboration rooms are intended to co-author docs. In Public rooms, external users can view files without registration. Custom rooms are designed for any custom purpose, for example, to request review or comments. Form Filling rooms allow collecting and analyzing responses. Virtual Data Rooms are used for advanced file security. This version of ONLYOFFICE DocSpace Enterprise is intended for up to 500 users - the number of people who have access to editing documents. The number of documents that can be edited at the same time is not limited. Other users will be able to open documents for viewing only.
