Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

EllaFin™ pricing splits into two groups. First, four subscription tiers set your base capacity: Individual, Team, Department, and Enterprise. Each tier raises included users, data sources, workflows, dashboards, and Chat Agents. Enterprise covers 500 users with unlimited reports and full platform access. Second, four usage-based credit add-ons extend any tier: Chat Agent Credits for custom agents, Report Credits for reports beyond your allocation, Interactive Dashboards Credits for dashboards beyond your allocation, and API Connection Credits to enable API connections. You pick one tier, then buy credits when usage exceeds what your tier includes.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You buy credits to cover the overage. Report Credits handle reports beyond your tier allocation. Interactive Dashboards Credits cover dashboard usage past your allocation. These credit dimensions bill separately from your tier subscription and let you extend capacity without changing tiers.
Each tier sets included capacity. Individual covers 1 user, 5 dashboards, and 3 data sources. Team covers 5 users, 10 dashboards, and 3 Chat Agents. Department covers 15 users and adds a Power User and advanced automation. Enterprise covers 500 users with unlimited reports and full platform access.
Chat Agent Credits let you add custom Chat Agents beyond your tier's included agents. Chat Agents build a shared source of truth your team can verify. API Connection Credits enable API connections. Both bill on usage and apply on top of any tier subscription you select.
