Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

EllaFin™ pricing centers on four subscription tiers: Individual, Team, Department, and Enterprise. Each tier bundles a set allocation of dashboards, reports, data sources, workflows, chat agents, and users. As you move up, allocations and user counts grow. Enterprise gives unlimited reports and 500 users. Four usage-based credit dimensions let you buy beyond your tier's limits: Chat Agent Credits, Reports Credits, Dashboard Credits, and API Connection Credits. You add credits when your needs exceed the included allocation, so pricing scales with actual consumption on top of your base tier.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You buy credits for the specific resource you exceed. Chat Agent Credits, Reports Credits, Dashboard Credits, and API Connection Credits each cover one resource type. These add to your base tier charge and scale with what you actually use beyond your included allocation.
A data source lets you enrich your AWS cost and usage reports with your own financial data. Individual allows up to 3 data sources; Team and Department allow up to 5. Data sources are fixed by tier and are not sold as separate credits.
You pay one base charge for your chosen tier: Individual, Team, Department, or Enterprise. If you exceed included allocations, credit charges add on top. The tier fee drives most of your cost. Credits only apply when consumption passes your tier's limits, so both appear together on the same invoice.
