Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract pricing splits into three parts you combine to fit your setup. First, you pick platform environments: a production environment or a pre-production environment, each billed per environment per month, paid in advance. Second, you add a support plan, choosing Gold or the higher Platinum level. Third, you can layer optional add-ons: managed application or middleware hosting billed per environment, plus Design, Dev, Int (DDI) support staffing billed per full-time person per month at either an on-shore or off-shore blended rate. Environments, support, and staffing scale independently based on how many units you buy.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is the difference between the production and pre-production environments for billing?
Both are billed per environment per month, paid in advance. The production environment runs live workloads and carries platform support under the LifeGraph SLA with high-availability and disaster recovery. The pre-production environment covers development, testing, or staging and is not covered by the uptime commitment in the SLA.
What does one DDI support add-on unit cover, and how do on-shore and off-shore rates differ?
The Design, Dev, Int (DDI) add-on is billed per full-time equivalent person per month. One unit equals one staffed FTE supporting design, development, and integration work. You choose an on-shore blended rate or an off-shore blended rate, which sets the per-person monthly cost. Add more units to add more staff.
How do the platform, support, and hosting charges combine on one bill?
Each dimension bills independently and adds together. You pay per environment for production or pre-production, per month for one support plan (Gold or Platinum), and per environment for optional application or middleware hosting. Any DDI staffing adds per FTE per month. Environments and staffing counts scale each line separately.
