Fenix DFA is a backup governance and data resilience platform that sits as an agnostic intelligence layer above existing backup infrastructure, including AWS Backup, reading operational metadata via API to expose coverage gaps, policy violations, and compliance risks before they become incidents, fines, or failed audits. Beyond the platform, Fenix DFA delivers the Fenix RiskShield Assessment: a structured managed assessment that maps every protected and unprotected asset across hybrid environments, benchmarks posture against NYDFS, DORA, NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, and other frameworks, and produces a prioritized remediation roadmap with quantified risk exposure. We don't replace backup tools. We make them auditable.

This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Pricing works around protected assets, meaning each server, virtual machine, workload, endpoint, cloud resource, or database you monitor. You start with the 10 Assets Minimum Pack, a contract base that covers your first ten protected assets under the committed term. When your environment grows past that base, the Additional Asset dimension charges per extra unit on an hourly usage basis. The two dimensions work together: the pack sets your committed starting point, and the per-asset add-on scales up as you protect more assets. Pricing stays the same per asset regardless of environment size.

No. Pricing is driven only by the number of protected assets. Connections to your backup tools are unlimited, and all compliance frameworks are included at no separate charge. Your bill scales with asset count, not with tools connected or frameworks used.

Vendor refund policy
Customers may request a refund within 15 days of purchase if Fenix DFA has not been activated, integrated, or used in production. Refunds are not available after provisioning or active use, except where required by law or in cases of confirmed service unavailability directly attributable to Fenix DFA. Annual or multi-year contracts are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing through a private offer or separate commercial agreement.
