Vendor refund policy
Customers may request a refund within 15 days of purchase if Fenix DFA has not been activated, integrated, or used in production. Refunds are not available after provisioning or active use, except where required by law or in cases of confirmed service unavailability directly attributable to Fenix DFA. Annual or multi-year contracts are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing through a private offer or separate commercial agreement.
