EasyPA HL7-to-FHIR R4 Converter is a fully managed API service that transforms HL7v2 messages into compliant FHIR R4 JSON bundles in real-time. Healthcare organizations can modernize their interoperability workflows without building or maintaining complex integration engines.
The converter supports 14 HL7v2 message types including ADT (A01, A04, A08, A28, A31), ORM, ORU, MDM, VXU, SIU, RDE, DFT, REF, and BAR. Each message is parsed, validated, and transformed into a fully structured FHIR R4 Bundle with proper resource references, coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, NDC), and identifiers.
Three flexible delivery options are included with every subscription. First, every API call returns the FHIR R4 JSON directly in the response body for immediate use. Second, you can optionally deliver converted resources to your own AWS HealthLake datastore using cross-account role assumption, or use our managed HealthLake with tenant isolation. Third, you can configure webhook delivery to any FHIR-compatible endpoint including Epic, Cerner, Azure FHIR Server, or Google Healthcare API, with automatic retries and backoff.
Getting started takes minutes. Subscribe, receive your API key, and start converting with a single POST request. A self-service portal provides usage analytics, API key rotation, delivery configuration, and quick-start documentation. No infrastructure to provision, no engines to maintain, and no HL7 expertise required.
Built on AWS with HIPAA-eligible services, the converter runs on isolated infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit, per-tenant rate limiting, and 365-day audit logging. Pricing is usage-based starting at $0.005 per message with 1,000 free conversions per month.

Vendor refund policy
EasyPA offers refunds for unused prepaid credits within 30 days of purchase. Usage-based charges for messages already processed are non-refundable. The first 1,000 conversions per month are free for all tiers. To request a refund, contact support@easypa.ai with your AWS account ID and a description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5 business days.
