    Overview

    Federal, State, and Local Agencies must be adept at leveraging Social Media and other forms of new age interaction to connect with Citizens. Effective use of these new forms of communication can have a direct impact on the ability for Federal, State, and Local Agencies to attract and recruit new employees as well as conduct public relations communications with Citizens to improve the Citizen experience. Credits purchased for use on AWS GovCloud FedRAMP High Infrastructure are not exchangeable with Commercial / Commercial Cloud Credits.
