You buy one package under a contract. It gives you 150,000 standard minutes, which includes 15,000 bonus minutes. Minutes are the usage unit for interactive live streaming. The package bundles in Media Encryption, an Analytics Starter Plan, and Advanced Audio Processing. If your usage goes past the included minutes, you pay for the extra minutes afterward through overage post-payment. This means your committed amount covers a set block of usage, and any use beyond that block is billed later based on how much more you consume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one standard minute for billing in this package?
A standard minute measures usage of the interactive live streaming service. The platform meters real-time video and voice minutes as participants join channels. Each participant's session time is counted. Your 150,000 minutes, including the 15,000 bonus minutes, cover this metered usage before overage charges begin.
What happens to my cost once I use up all the included minutes?
After you consume the 150,000 included minutes, the service keeps running. Extra minutes are tracked and billed afterward through overage post-payment. Only the minutes beyond your included block are charged. The transition happens automatically, so streaming does not stop when you cross the limit.
What is included alongside the streaming minutes in this package?
The package bundles Media Encryption to secure streams, an Analytics Starter Plan to monitor session quality and usage, and Advanced Audio Processing to improve audio clarity. These come with your contract at no separate charge. Only usage past the included minutes triggers extra billing.
