We set up automation so that defects are detected and remediated more quickly reducing manual labor costs and security risks. Through our work we see up to 85% (on average) reduction of defects for our clients.
Acceleration work will be divided into 4 sprints over 8-12 weeks in order to maximize your acceleration and value.
Sprint 1: Security - Leverage ICS to help identify, remediate, and report on different security metrics. Custom checks are also created for organization specific needs. Sprint 2: Compliance - Leverage ICS compliance packs to find compliance misconfiguratioins. Custom compliance checks are also created for oganization specific needs. Sprint 3: Integrations - Focus on integrating with customer systems. We work with customer technology teams to identify ICS integration areas, existing solutions,a nd potential customizations. Sprint 4: Governance - Focused on improving governence and automating enforcement of previously created policies.
