Places is a dataset containing business listing information about points-of-interest (POI) such as:
- Location name
- Postal code
- Latitude and longitude
- NAICS codes
- Open hours
- Street address, city, and region
- Brands
Covers locations for public and private companies, major retail chains, local businesses, convenience stores, hotels, airports, schools, hospitals & more. Dataset contains more than 5.5MM United States POI across all categories and over 5,500 recognized brands.
Noisy locations are removed (ATMs, Redbox kiosks, etc.). Closed stores and irrelevant businesses (like home-based LLCs with no employees) are filtered out.

Pricing is set by an annual fee rather than pay-per-use. Your cost depends on the number of location rows you select, the attribute columns you add, and the usage rights and delivery frequency you choose. Data is delivered monthly to your chosen environment. Because the package is custom, you work with the vendor to define the mix of rows, columns, and terms that shape your access under this dimension.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Your annual fee is built from three inputs: the number of location rows you buy, the premium attribute columns you add, and the usage rights and delivery frequency you define. You combine these into a custom package. There is no pay-per-use metering; you pay one straightforward annual fee for the mix you select.
Access covers point-of-interest records for physical US locations. You receive latitude and longitude, street address, city, region, postal code, brand affiliation, hours, open and close history, and building footprint details. The dataset is delivered to your chosen environment monthly, by the 7th of each month. It contains no individual consumer or device-level data.
Cost scales with the custom mix you commit to. Adding more location rows or more premium attribute columns raises your annual fee, since pricing is built from the rows, columns, and usage rights you select. To adjust your package, you work directly with the vendor to redefine the terms.
