Overview
CloudiQS AWS PRM is a free, one-click CloudFormation deployment that satisfies AWS Partner Revenue Measurement (PRM) - the funding gate that affects all AWS Partner Funding Portal (APFP) applications effective 31 July 2026.
Recommended: deploy to your entire AWS Organization. One click from your Organizations management account (or the CloudFormation delegated-admin account) rolls PRM into every account you own, in the Organizational Units and regions you choose. New accounts added to the Organization later get PRM automatically too. If you have only one AWS account, the same template works for single-account deployment.
What the stack does, automatically:
- Auto-tags every taggable AWS resource with aws-apn-id = pc:4git2490py8on3y2tlsd6eo8e
- Catches new resources within 60 seconds of creation via EventBridge
- Drift remediation re-applies the tag if someone removes or overwrites it
- 90-day historical backfill (optional, Fargate) for resources that pre-date deployment
- Monthly full-sweep rescan as a safety net
- Skips CloudFormation and Terraform-managed resources deliberately (IaC drift is the IaC's problem)
