Horizon Digital runs a fixed-fee two-week AI Strategy and Readiness Assessment on Amazon Bedrock. We move you from "we should do something with GenAI" to a prioritised use-case shortlist with a written go or no-go recommendation for production. Every input is grounded in your real data, your real cost envelope, and your real regulatory posture.

Week 1 - Discovery: We interview business and technical stakeholders, inventory existing data sources, capture the regulatory and security constraints (Australian Privacy Principles, APRA, IRAP), and shortlist 5-10 candidate AI use cases. We benchmark each candidate against a five-dimensional framework: business impact, data readiness, regulatory risk, cost, and time-to-value.

Week 2 - Assessment: We map each shortlisted use case onto Amazon Bedrock - model selection (Anthropic Claude, Amazon Titan, Cohere, AI21, Meta), inference architecture, RAG vs fine-tuning, observability strategy with Arize Phoenix, and production cost envelope. We deliver a written readiness scorecard, a go or no-go recommendation per use case, and a 90-day roadmap if production is approved.

• Standard tier - 2-week assessment: Up to 3 candidate use cases, single business unit, single data domain. Best for mid-market teams validating their first GenAI initiative.
• Extended tier - 4-week assessment: Up to 10 candidate use cases, multiple business units, multiple data domains, SSO and access design, deeper regulatory analysis. Best for enterprise organisations with multiple competing AI bets.
