Vendor refund policy
R3 Score does not issue refunds for Services that have already been provided. R3 Score may, in its sole discretion, choose to offer credits for Services. Credits have no monetary or cash value, are non-transferable. Credits may only be applied to fees due for the Service specifically identified by R3 Score when issuing the credit. These credits shall expire and no longer be redeemable twelve months from the date the credit was issued.
