The solution is delivered through a scalable, secure, and cost-effective three-tier native AWS architecture. AWS Glue orchestrates the serverless ETL process to extract and load data, while AWS DMS handles the migration of on-premise datasets into an Amazon S3 Data Lake. Amazon Quick Suite acts as the brain and user interface, leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLU) to understand user queries and retrieve information from the data lake in real-time. Additionally, Quick Suite allows seamless integrations for data ingestion and enables agentic actions on collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.
Alethia ensures security and governance by deploying the architecture within an isolated Amazon VPC, using native AWS security tools for encryption and secure connectivity to mitigate critical risks like handling sensitive data. The infrastructure scales automatically with demand using serverless services, optimizing costs on a pay-for-use basis. Furthermore, the architecture is future-proof, allowing for seamless integration with Amazon QuickSight for creating advanced dashboards and visualizations.
