Overview
As part of the OpenIAM Assessment Services, the OpenIAM team will work close with the Customer to review their current environment from an IAM perspective and help develop a plan to deploy IAM across their enterprise. The review takes into account the following:
- User populations and the authoritative source for each system.
- Automated user life cycle management (joiners, position changes, terminations, etc.)
- Target system integrations (Develop a list of systems that we need to be integrated)
- Workflow
- Compliance requirements
- Self-service password reset
- Single-sign-on
- MFA
- External Users
- Reporting
Deliverables:
- Deployment architecture based on OpenIAM and AWS
- High level design (HLD) which will include the following (based on relevance to the customer):
- Rules for integration with one (1) source and user life cycle management rules
- Provisioning rules for up to three (4) applications
- Single-sign-on requirements for up to (4) applications
- Audit and compliance requirements with User Access Reviews (UAR)
- Request approval design
- Template for defining primary business roles
- Branding requirements
- Reporting requirements
Note: The duration of this service starts at two weeks. This scope of this service can be expanded to include additional applications, which will in-turn increase the duration and cost of the engagement.

Support for the OpenIAM Platform will be provided through the OpenIAM portal. Professional services assistance will be provided through the dedicated IAM engineer(s) for the project. The scope of the involvement will be limited to the activities described in the SOW and/or the service description provided here.
