ONLYOFFICE DocSpace Developer is a room-based platform for secure document storing and collaboration intended for embedding into your software, under your own brand and on your own servers.
The DocSpace platform comes with the integrated online viewers and editors allowing users to work with any content, including text docs, digital forms, PDFs, sheets, presentations, e-books, and multimedia. By enabling the plugins, it's possible to work with draw.io diagrams and Markdown files.
DocSpace rooms come with the pre-set access level to ensure quick file sharing and avoid unnecessary repeated actions. Collaboration rooms are intended to co-author docs. In Public rooms, external users can view files without registration. Custom rooms are designed for any custom purpose, for example, to request review or comments. Form Filling rooms allow collecting and analyzing responses. Virtual Data Rooms are used for advanced file security.
This version of ONLYOFFICE DocSpace Developer is intended for up to 1000 simultaneous connections - the number of browser tabs with documents that can be opened for editing at the same time. Note that one document opened by two users means two simultaneous connections as it is opened in two tabs. When you reach the limit, each next document opens in read-only mode.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pay by the hour based on the compute size you run. Two instance options are available: t3.2xlarge and t3.xlarge. The t3.2xlarge provides more compute capacity than the t3.xlarge, so it carries a higher hourly rate. You pick the instance that matches your workload and scale needs. Billing is usage-based, so charges accrue for each hour the instance runs. This lets you match cost to the processing power your integration requires. There is no upfront commitment tied to these hourly dimensions.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What do the t3.2xlarge and t3.xlarge instance sizes provide for running this software?
Each dimension maps to an AWS EC2 instance size that hosts the software. The t3.2xlarge carries more virtual CPUs and memory than the t3.xlarge. You pick the size based on how many simultaneous document collaboration sessions your integration must support.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or paused?
Hourly software charges accrue only while the instance runs. A fully stopped instance stops accruing software charges. Underlying AWS storage costs for the stopped instance may still apply. The meter tracks running hours, so you pay for actual runtime.
Can I move between the t3.xlarge and t3.2xlarge as my needs change?
You subscribe to the dimension matching the instance size you launch. To change size, you run the software on the other instance type and are billed at that instance's hourly rate. Charges follow whichever instance is actively running.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
