Key identifiers in the dataset include: PlaceID: A unique identifier for each business location. ChainID and GlobalChainID: Indicate whether a venue is part of a domestic or global business chain. If a venue is not part of a chain or if the status is unknown, these fields remain null. PreciselyID: A persistent reference for an address, ensuring stability without storing the full address string. ParentPreciselyID: PreciselyID of the parent address record, if applicable. Identifies the parent building for secondary addresses.
The dataset prioritizes stable business entity relationships over temporary connections, ensuring reliability even when business locations or addresses change.
