Its main features are: Evidences creation Certification of content: The content is electronically signed. This certifies its unchangeability. Certification of delivery: Generates a proof of delivery in the customer's mailbox. Acceptance or rejection of content: The recipient can accept or reject the content of the mail, generating a certified evidence for this action. Archiving and legal value Legal validity: Certified electronic mails have full legal validity, making them a valid tool for legal and administrative processes. Digital Archiving: All emails and attachments are digitally archived and easily retrieved from the web platform. The Long-Term Archiving system ensures the following features: Authenticity, Integrity, Availability and Searchability. Management process Real-time update: Generates mail status information and related evidence as the process progresses. API automation: Facilitates the automated sending of certified mail through integration with enterprise systems. Batch sending: Allows batch delivery to up to 100k recipients via the web App or API integration. Real-time tracking: The status of the sending and the evidence generated can be viewed in real time via the web App or automatically via the API. Interesting facts Customizable emails: Emails can be customized with HTML and options such as banners informing the recipient of the certification. Carbon copy: Possibility to add recipients in copy. Attachments: It allows attaching documents up to 25 MB in size to be attached, certifying both the mail and the attachments.
