G7c is a real-time safety monitoring IoT device for lone workers. Connecting to the Blackline Cloud, G7c automatically detects a safety or health event and communicates an alert to a live monitoring team. Using location technology, the monitoring team proactively dispatches live responders.
Blackline G7c Internet of Things (IoT) employee safety monitoring (lone worker) SaaS subscription delivers world class monitoring that works with our employee-worn G7c IoT safety monitoring device (please contact Blackline Safety for more information on the device). 4G connectivity links G7c directly to the Blackline Cloud, running on AWS. G7c is ideal for employees working alone.

You buy this by the unit, priced per device on a contract term. Start with the G7c Lone worker SaaS subscription, which includes a no-cost G7c wearable. Then add optional services independently, based on how many devices need each capability. The 24/7 live monitoring add-on hands alert response to a monitoring team. Two-way calling adds emergency voice contact with the worker. Push-to-talk lets the G7c work like a walkie-talkie. Each add-on is separate, so you pay only for the options your fleet uses.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for the G7c Lone worker SaaS subscription?
One unit is one G7c wearable device on a contract term. Each device carries its own subscription. The device comes at no added cost with the SaaS subscription. You count units by the number of devices your workers use in the field.
Do I have to buy all three add-ons for every device?
No. You buy each add-on separately, per device. The 24/7 live monitoring, two-way calling, and push-to-talk options are counted independently. You add each capability only to the devices that need it. So a device can carry some add-ons but not others.
What does the 24/7 live monitoring add-on cover that self-monitoring does not?
The add-on hands alert response to a trained monitoring team. Agents handle SOS, fall, and missed check-in alerts following your emergency response protocol, and can escalate to local emergency services. Without it, your own staff manage alerts through the Blackline Live portal internally.
