KTern really works well for me because it brings everything into one place. It helps me for project planning, events CTAs and MOMs tracking/recording, signoffs, file handling, and RAID tracking. It helps me manage projects in a much more structured and organized way, without having to switch between multiple tools. Also, appreciation to their timely Customer support

What do you dislike about the product?

Currently, workflows are available only for a few work item types, it would be great if they could be extended to cover all work items.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

KTern has made coordinating with my team much easier by clarifying who is responsible for each activity and streamlining document management. Managing and tracking work within KTern is more straightforward, and the critical path and dependency features help me quickly identify bottlenecks. As a result, the overall execution of projects feels significantly more efficient.

Approval flows, milestone tracking, and comprehensive reporting make it easier to manage complex projects with multiple teams. One of the biggest pluses is how KTern brings technical and business teams onto the same page. KTern is a compelling tool for SAP transformation projects.

Its integration with various systems is a must have for any projects. Their customer support is prompt and very easy to use.
