What do you like best about the product?
When integrated with an SAP system, Ktern.AI provides comprehensive, detailed information on all custom WRICEF objects. It clearly describes the functionality, includes up-to-date process flow diagrams and logic flows, and lists the related tables and fields tied to each requirement. This is a major advantage for both technical and functional teams during upgrade and conversion projects, as it significantly reduces manual effort and saves time. It also helps with new development requests by offering useful insights for creating code based on the provided Functional Specification (FRS) document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ktern.AI could include a demonstration button that guides new users through the functionality of each button. This would make it easier to understand the application and use it effectively for upgradation and conversion projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in cutting the time taken by the functional and technical team to understand the working flow of all the custom implementation and further planning.

KTern.AI already offers strong AI-driven capabilities, such as WRICEF object generation, which I find very useful. That said, one area where I see clear scope for improvement is AI-based user manual preparation.
If KTern.AI could introduce an AI feature that automatically generates user manuals, or at least assists in drafting and structuring them, it would be extremely beneficial for future projects. This kind of enhancement would further reduce manual effort and help teams produce documentation faster, with greater consistency across deliverables.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KTern.AI helped us gain clear visibility into project deliverables and execution status at every stage. The project planner feature was particularly valuable because it helped us identify potential delays and risks early, so we could take corrective action proactively.
During the SIT and UAT phases, KTern.AI also played an important role in improving collaboration with business users. It gave BPOs clear visibility into test scripts and provided a centralized repository to log defects and track their status, which kept the UAT process smooth, structured, and well organized. Customers were very satisfied with this approach.
In addition, the KTern signoff feature simplified approval management and reduced the follow-up effort required with BPOs. The program dashboards and boards gave both our team and the customer a clear view of overall progress, which significantly reduced manual reporting work.

It is a comprehensive testing and monitoring suite that supports daily tracking and oversight. The built-in dashboards enable easy visibility into all activities and help proactively identify potential risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the tool is powerful and feature-rich, there is an opportunity to improve its user-friendliness. Simplifying navigation, enhancing the overall interface, and providing clearer workflows or guided usage would make it easier for users to adopt and use the tool more efficiently, especially for new or occasional users.

What do you like best about the product?
KTern really works well for me because it brings everything into one place. It helps me for project planning, events CTAs and MOMs tracking/recording, signoffs, file handling, and RAID tracking. It helps me manage projects in a much more structured and organized way, without having to switch between multiple tools. Also, appreciation to their timely Customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, workflows are available only for a few work item types, it would be great if they could be extended to cover all work items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KTern has made coordinating with my team much easier by clarifying who is responsible for each activity and streamlining document management. Managing and tracking work within KTern is more straightforward, and the critical path and dependency features help me quickly identify bottlenecks. As a result, the overall execution of projects feels significantly more efficient.
