    Overview

This innovative tool automates vendor invoice and goods receipt note management, streamlining processes from email submission to final reconciliation. Utilizing Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), PDFs are stored in AWS Simple Storage Service (S3) buckets with unique identifiers, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Amazon Textract then extracts information from the purchase orders, followed by a BEDROCK API call to convert the required information into JSON format. This data is utilized for purchase order validation against SAP ERP, enhancing accuracy and reducing processing times. MIRO transaction checks and F-53 processing ensure precise invoice handling and payment. Users benefit from accelerated reconciliation cycles, minimized errors, and enhanced compliance, culminating in improved operational efficiency and cost savings.

    Highlights

    • Secure Storage and Real-Time Monitoring: Ensure purchase order security with Amazon S3 while gaining real-time visibility into transactions, enabling secure and transparent invoice management.
    • Automated Data Extraction and Validation: Leverage SAP CPI for automated email data extraction and robust validation mechanisms to address data discrepancies, ensuring accurate and consistent invoice reconciliation.
    • Improve Resource Utilization & Reduce Errors: The solution automates manual processes, enhancing efficiency in processing and ensuring accurate invoice posting, thereby reducing errors.
