When a customer inquiry needs a written response, manually creating letters is time-consuming. Using the Customer Communication Agent, powered by AI, to automate the process removes manual steps, creating tailored customer letters faster, and with operational and regulatory compliance.
When a customer inquiry is received, a hard copy response must be sent to meet standard operating practice or regulatory requirements. Once the inquiry has been investigated and resolved, the internal notes need to be transferred to a customer letter. This must be in the format and style required, using preferred language and including reformatted, customer-friendly case notes. Any appropriate enclosures can be added, such as an application form or account statement. An employee performs a quality assurance review, making any necessary edits before approving the letter. The agent adds any requested enclosures and sends these with the customer letter.
