ERP.Aero is an all-in-one 100% cloud based aviation ERP platform purpose-built to streamline quoting, repairs, inventory, and operations across the aerospace supply chain. Designed by aviation experts, it eliminates manual work, fragmented systems, and bolt-on plugins with a unified, intelligent architecture. From RFQs to repair orders, ERP.Aero gives suppliers and repair stations complete control, speed, and visibility - all in one screen.
Built for Aviation Workflows ERP.Aero is not a general ERP adapted for aerospace - it is engineered from the ground up by aviation professionals to match the real-world workflows of parts suppliers, MRO shops, and repair stations.
Every module - from RFQs and quotes to work orders and vendor audits - is built with aviation-specific logic, compliance flags, and marketplace integrations. That means fewer workarounds, fewer clicks, and workflows that feel like second nature from day one.
Speed Meets Intelligence Whether you are quoting 2,000 RFQs a day or processing hundreds of work orders a month, ERP.Aero speeds up execution without sacrificing accuracy. Vendor quotes are auto-ingested, certs and docs are linked natively, and smart prompts guide users through every step - so your team spends less time chasing data and more time winning deals and turning repairs. The system learns from your behaviour and surfaces insights when they matter most.
True End-to-End Visibility ERP.Aero connects quoting, inventory, repairs, compliance, and customer communication into one streamlined platform. No more toggling between emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems - just one interface that shows exactly what is in stock, what is ready to ship, and what needs attention. The result: better margins, tighter compliance, faster turnaround times, and a clearer view of your business in real time.
ERP.Aero provides custom pricing for customers via Private Offers where we will go through a scoping. Please contact us at sales@erp.aero to better understand our pricing model and products. Note our proposal does not represent a binding offer of services or agreement and is being made subject to the conditions that ERP.Aero, Inc. and the Customer organisation subsequently reach and enter into a mutually acceptable definitive written agreement for the proposed services and ERP.Aero, Inc completes to its satisfaction its standard engagement and client acceptance procedures and independence checks with respect to this proposed engagement.
Highlights
Supply Chain Operations ERP.Aero unifies the quoting-to-order flow with real-time vendor quote ingestion, including certs/docs, RFQ prioritization, inventory and cert visibility, alternate part intelligence, and deep analytics. From inbound RFQs across multiple domains and from email, PartsBase, ILS, Locatory. and more - to outbound tracked quotes, logistics, risk management and seamless PO conversion - your team gains full control, traceability, compliance (ASA, AS, ISO) and speed.
Repairs + MRO Execution The system repair station module handles work orders, BOMs, technician tracking, cost breakdowns, tooling, certs, and compliance workflows in one integrated space. It is designed for true aviation repair needs - with supply side communication, checklist logic, inspection gates, and multi-release tags (FAA, EASA, CAA) built in. No spreadsheets. No backtracking. Just confident execution.
ELIA AI transforms aviation quoting with an AI-native RFQ engine. ELIA (Enterprise Logistics & Intelligence Agent) uses machine learning to prioritize high-value RFQs, capture emaiul RFQs, auto-ingest vendor quotes from email/PDF/portals, and validate compliance in real time. The result: faster quoting, smarter sourcing, instant cert access, and measurable margin gains - all from one aviation-specific AI platform.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

This listing has one pricing dimension: a Monthly Active User License. You pay per active user each month under a contract. Pricing scales with the number of active users you enroll during the month, so your cost tracks how many people actually use the platform. Each user gets an individual login with customizable roles and permissions. There are no separate charges for connecting marketplace integrations. Onboarding, data migration, and training are handled through separate one-time implementation pricing, not this user license.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one active user for billing each month?
An active user is a person who uses the platform during that month under their individual login. Each user gets customizable roles and permissions. You are billed per active user, so someone who does not use the platform in a given month does not add to that month's cost.
If my active user count changes month to month, how does my cost respond?
Cost tracks the number of active users each month. When more people use the platform, the monthly charge rises with the added active users. When fewer people use it, the charge falls accordingly. There is no cap on how many users you can add.
Are marketplace integrations, onboarding, or training billed separately from the user license?
Supported marketplace integrations are included and carry no separate add-on fees. Onboarding, data migration, and training are covered under one-time implementation pricing, which is separate from the monthly active user license you pay here.
