Accessing Consul
Consul is installed on this instance. To interact with Consul and perform basic operations, first ensure it's installed and running on your system by executing consul version, which displays the current version of Consul you have installed. Then, check the status and connectivity of the Consul agent within your cluster by running consul members, which lists all the nodes in the Consul cluster, indicating that the agent is up and communicating effectively. These commands serve as a foundational step to verify that Consul is properly set up and operational on your system, allowing you to proceed with further configurations or service management tasks as needed.
