What do you like best about the product?

Diligent as a compliance management tool helps create a centralized bouquet of all necessary compliances along with the deadlines and authority relationship mentioned at the same place, making it easier to keep track of obligations.

What do you dislike about the product?

Although a very useful and essential tool for a corporation to have, Diligent somewhat feels to be overpriced. Pricing should be more differentiated based on the tools used by the user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a compliance officer, keeping track of a mountain of statutory compliances along with their deadlines and their respective Acts and Regulations can be a really tedious task, especially in a large corporation where risk is higher due to stricter compliances.
Diligent makes it easy to keep a track of upcoming compliances and alerts at the right time, leaving one less thing to worry about.
The deployment of Diligent can be made more streamlined and easier as a few users from my team had a rough time trying to figure out how it works in first use.
