Overview
HealthInteractive serves as an integration platform for public sector clients, including federal and state and local agencies, enabling data interoperability, integration, and technical coordination across commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom-built modules. Delivered in a cloud-based environment, the platform supports secure data exchanges and process orchestration between systems. HealthInteractive provides secure connectivity, data exchange, and transformation across disparate modules and applications. It also offers a single pane of glass for enterprise-wide integration monitoring, aggregating log and transaction data from multiple components to provide end-to-end visibility and an overall view of platform health and stability. This unified view enables users to monitor key business and technical metrics across the integrated ecosystem from a single location.
Core capabilities include the ability to scale and orchestrate millions of application programming interfaces (APIs), files, and high-speed messages that support cross-system data exchange. HealthInteractive also supports identity matching, including generative artificial intelligence (GenAI)-enabled capabilities. In addition, the platform includes enterprise document management with intelligent routing workflows, supported by a centralized repository of configurable, enterprise-wide business rules.
Optionally, HealthInteractive includes an Operational Data Store (ODS) that serves as a temporal source of record for integrated data and systems, providing an integrated, time-aware view across the environment.
Interoperability extends beyond common formats such as JSON and XML to healthcare standards, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with advanced SNIP-level edits and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR). These capabilities enable secure exchange of healthcare information and can be accelerated through cloud-native services for rapid stand-up.
The platform is built on zero-trust security principles and supports industry-standard identity and access protocols, including OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML).
HealthInteractive is deployed using AWS cloud services, where it uses Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) networking, Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), and Amazon S3.
Highlights
- Built-in GenAI capabilities leveraging the power of Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for scalability and performance including a unified interface for business users to get insights into business and technical metrics.
