    What do you like best about the product?
    I've been with Gagle ever since I started my career here at Tri-Valley. Not only their responses are quick but will actually call if it's a bigger issue.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There is nothing I dislike about Gaggle.

    Student Safety and scanning their Google Drives.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The staff at Gaggle provide incredible customer service, ensure that serious information is addressed quickly, and are consistent in their delivery of high-quality service. It is very easy to use, provides timely access to communications requiring immediate follow up, and is clearly presented to ensure there is no ambiguity.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish it wasn't something we needed, but all other aspects of Gaggle are truly great.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Gaggle provides oversight/monitoring of student communications that occur on their electronic school accounts. When students provide information triggering the need for a threat assessment, a suicide risk assessment, or the need for a potential child abuse report, Gaggle provides clear direct information about the level of follow up and response needed.

    The ease of use and the ability to speak with a representative when needing support.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The one thing I would like to be impleted at least at the sigh level would be a way to include keywords that students may be using.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It has provided us the abililty to prevent student incidents as well as support students that may require interventions or supports.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It's easy to see what the studetn has written and the fact that the parent info is automatically attached.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    When emails are being sent to team members that have Gaggle, it gets Gaggled versus sent directly to us. Sometimes we are having students send us requested information for an investigation or they need to talk to us about a concern.
