What do you dislike about the product?

I wrogt an email saying "this kid in class is annoying me" and I got called up for something useless. many kids got called up for useless things

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I did not tell anyone that I was suicidal, but it detected something I told someone and I was called up. I was happy to get help. it saved my life

What do you like best about the product?

I've been with Gagle ever since I started my career here at Tri-Valley. Not only their responses are quick but will actually call if it's a bigger issue.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is nothing I dislike about Gaggle.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Student Safety and scanning their Google Drives.

What do you like best about the product?

The staff at Gaggle provide incredible customer service, ensure that serious information is addressed quickly, and are consistent in their delivery of high-quality service. It is very easy to use, provides timely access to communications requiring immediate follow up, and is clearly presented to ensure there is no ambiguity.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish it wasn't something we needed, but all other aspects of Gaggle are truly great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gaggle provides oversight/monitoring of student communications that occur on their electronic school accounts. When students provide information triggering the need for a threat assessment, a suicide risk assessment, or the need for a potential child abuse report, Gaggle provides clear direct information about the level of follow up and response needed.

What do you like best about the product?

The ease of use and the ability to speak with a representative when needing support.

What do you dislike about the product?

The one thing I would like to be impleted at least at the sigh level would be a way to include keywords that students may be using.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has provided us the abililty to prevent student incidents as well as support students that may require interventions or supports.

Online monitoring and alerts to keep kids safe.

Expectation that staff be accessible outside of school hours to address alerts.

It's easy to see what the studetn has written and the fact that the parent info is automatically attached.

What do you dislike about the product?

When emails are being sent to team members that have Gaggle, it gets Gaggled versus sent directly to us. Sometimes we are having students send us requested information for an investigation or they need to talk to us about a concern.

Making us aware of studetn activity

We have had two experiences where having Gaggle in place has saved a student's life.

What do you dislike about the product?

False alarms. I don't receive too many false alarms from Gaggle (unlike a similar product we also utilize). Generally, when I receive a Gaggle it is something that needs my immediate attention.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gaggle allows us to look into the things students are thinking and talking about and allows us to intervene if there are concerns.

What do you like best about the product?

The timeliness of the notifications is excellent!

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing about the software, but it is hard to have staff overseeing alerts 24/7

Gaggle notifies us when students may be suffering from some sort of negative experience.

Our school community is exponentially safer because of the Gaggle service.

I wish that the alerts came in a little faster.

More comprehensive reporting. But the team has been great in finding solutions for us.

Gaggle gives you up to the minute information about students in crisis.

It is difficult when we are not at school and feel like we are "on call"
