Gameball is a gamification-first loyalty and engagement platform that embeds points, tiers, missions, and referrals directly into your existing app, website, and POS through API and SDKs. Enterprise retail, banking, fintech, F&B, and marketplace teams use it to run loyalty as owned infrastructure across every channel, with no separate app for customers to download. Trusted by 3,000+ brands across 70+ countries.
Gameball is a gamification-first loyalty and engagement platform for consumer brands that already own their customer experience. Instead of a bolt-on points widget, Gameball gives you a loyalty engine you embed inside your existing mobile app, website, and point of sale, so members earn, progress, and redeem inside the experience they already use. There is nothing extra for your customers to download. Retail groups, banks and fintechs, restaurant and grocery chains, marketplaces and super apps run their programs on Gameball across 70+ countries, with 3,000+ brands on the platform.
Gameball is built API-first. A documented REST API, an event engine and webhooks sit underneath native SDKs for iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native and web, plus a dedicated POS SDK covering customer lookup, point balance, redemption, order tracking and refunds at the till. That lets your team integrate loyalty at the API layer with the systems you already run, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, your POS estate, core banking, order management, CDP and your data warehouse. Programs can run fully server-side with no third-party widget on your storefront, or use Gameball's ready-made customer widget and on-site components for a faster launch. Native app integrations cover Shopify, Salla, Segment, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Insider, MoEngage, Bloomreach, Attentive, Adjust, Branch, Recharge and Zapier, so Gameball adds a loyalty layer to your stack rather than replacing it.
Beyond points and tiers, Gameball is where you design the behaviour you actually want. Reward campaigns turn any event into a mission, challenge, streak, stamp card or badge, with per-campaign budget caps, spend alerts and auto-deactivation so finance keeps control. RFM segmentation, automation journeys with entry and exit rules and frequency capping, and multi-channel messaging over email, SMS, push and in-app let you act on member behaviour in one place. Multi-workspace support, role-based access, an admin audit trail, multi-currency and multi-language including a fully Arabic-ready experience make it workable for multi-brand groups and regulated industries. Teams migrating from an in-house program or a legacy loyalty system get a structured migration path and a named implementation team.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

Gameball Modules
Product modules included in your subscription. One unit is one module from: Loyalty & Rewards, Gamification, Journeys & Automation, In-Store & POS, Referrals & Advocacy, Promotion Engine, External Rewards, Data, Scale & Governance. Selected modules are set on your private offer. (Based on the modules you choose, this is an average module cost)
Your subscription combines three pricing dimensions that scale independently. Two are usage-based: Monthly Contacted Customers counts unique customers you reach in a 30-day window, and Monthly Rewarded Customers counts unique registered customers who earned or used a reward in that same window. The third dimension, Gameball Modules, is capability-based. You pay per module selected from nine options, including Loyalty & Rewards, Gamification, Journeys & Automation, In-Store & POS, Referrals & Advocacy, Promotion Engine, External Rewards, Data, and Scale & Governance. Your specific customer volumes and chosen modules are set on your private offer.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Monthly Contacted Customer versus one Monthly Rewarded Customer?
A Monthly Contacted Customer is a unique person you reach within the last 30 days, excluding transactional messages. A Monthly Rewarded Customer is a unique registered customer who received, redeemed, or used a reward in that same 30-day window. The same person can count in both if they meet each condition.
Which dimension drives most of my bill?
All three dimensions bill independently and appear together. Contacted and Rewarded Customer counts scale with your active audience each 30 days. Module count scales with capabilities you select. Outreach-heavy programs see contact volume dominate. Programs with many enabled modules see module count weigh more. Your private offer sets the specific volumes.
What is included in one Gameball Module unit, and can I add modules later?
One unit equals one product module from nine options: Loyalty & Rewards, Gamification, Journeys & Automation, In-Store & POS, Referrals & Advocacy, Promotion Engine, External Rewards, Data, and Scale & Governance. Each adds distinct capability, such as referral rewards or automated journeys. Your selected modules are set on your private offer.
