Trace3 Well-Architected Assessment

This engagement's primary object is to assess and recommend improvements to your Organization's AWS Cloud Environment using the AWS Well-Architected Framework. From discovering unsecured resources to recommended architecture improvements, Trace3 will utilize the AWS Well-Architected Tool and Trusted Advisor to analyze the your AWS Cloud Environment. The Trace3 team will deliver a recommended set of improvements that can be made to the environment and a high-level reference architecture.

Scope: During this Service, Trace3 will perform the following tasks in a phased approach:

Discover

• Gain Access to Customers AWS Cloud Environment
• Host discovery sessions, up to 4, 1 hr each
• Execute Well-Architected Tool against all applicable AWS Regions and Accounts
• Run Trusted Advisor Reports against all applicable AWS Regions and Accounts

Assess

• Trace3 will provide output of Well Architected Tool Assessment across 5 pillars: Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, and Cost Optimization
• Optional Focus Areas: Cloud Networking Connectivity, DevOps, Cloud Governance
• Trace3 will compile all Trusted Advisor Reports and provide consolidated output

Deliver

• Trace3 will produce a prioritized list of recommended improvements to the Customers AWS Cloud Environment
• Trace3 will provide a list of potential areas for monthly cost savings
• Trace3 will produce a sample high-level reference architecture that can be used to model the future AWS environment
• Trace3 will provide recommendations to improve Cloud Adoption within the Customer's Environment
